The being known as Dalek Sec was a member of the terrible Cult of Skaro a group of independent warlord Daleks. After a series of experiments, he metamorphisized into a very early Human-Dalek hybrid. The hybrid was created by the members of the Cult of Skaro but evolved beyond their control. Dalek Sec eventually rebelled under the incompetent control of the erratic Cult and was quickly exterminated.
